Together, we’ll work through YOUR vision and wish list to create a high-level plan for your custom home design. Throughout this process we exchange ideas and ask questions of one another until we understand your needs, your budget, and your custom home dreams.
Give us your ideas and we’ll produce preliminary sketches, or renderings, of your design. We want to make sure we’re envisioning your dream home and the backyard oasis you’ve imagined living in.
Once we have mutually agreed upon the direction of the floor plan and elevation, we’ll work up a preliminary build plan, high-level-budget and build price range for your custom home. At this stage, the more you know about the types of cabinets, tile, stone, and other finish items you want in your home, the more accurate this build estimate can be.
Once we have the design and budget estimates nailed, it’s time to draft and sign a contract. Now this is getting EXCITING!
Getting local municipality land, architecture, sewage, and other building permits takes some time – but once we get those – we’re ready to get your custom home started! We’ll have the initial ground-breaking and your entire build planned out and ready to go!
From pouring the foundation to hammering in the final framing nail, sit back and watch as your dream home begins to come to life, step-by-step.
Before we drywall, mechanical components and wiring are installed. Venting, ductwork, water heaters, custom security system components, pool and spa systems, and the HVAC system are also installed.
Once the house is framed, drywalled, and sealed up – we turn to the interior finishes and items that will make your home, home!
Last, but definitely not least – we’ll focus on making your new backyard just as inviting and luxurious as your new home!
